Watching Mayweather gets so sensitive/defensive is so sad & funny it a shame. It's as if being compared to Ali in his mind is an insult to him as a fighter. Like you're crazy for even attempting to put Ali or Robinson above him.

Hey Floyd it's not disrespectful to get compared to other great fighters you ****! You don't hear Lebron disrespect MJ, or Peyton Manning talk trash about Joe Montana in other sports in order to make others think/know how great you are.

Depends on what you look for. You could make a clear argument as to why Floyd would be better than Ali or Robinson, but we'll probably have to wait for his career to be over. I definitely think he's on the same level as those two, but at that point it's all subjective.

There's simply no defending him in regards to his delusional all-time present status compared to Ali & Robinson...

It's alright to love Floyd and be a hard core fan, but at some point common sense has to take over.

There's no way to compare great fighters that were fighting everyone legit at all times with a guy that only fights maybe twice a year, while for many years, made sure it was mostly "low risk & high reward" for the most part.

I can understand yesterday's generations shaking their heads in disbelief as today's people don't understand what true adversity is compared to their grand parents, etc...

First of all, If Floyd would have fought very often constantly against the best available kinda like Robinson did, his body might not have sustained the rythmn that long...

Talent wise, Floyd is right up there with the best of them but accomplishment wise, he's far from being #1...lol

A little immature big ego kid stuck in a wonderfully talented man's body...

punch stat history is very short and not in all boxing matches.

Yeah, Floyd might be the best boxer of all time, and I actually believe he is BUT he doesn't come anywhere close when it comes to having the toughest fights. The guys back in the day were thrown to the wolves, they had to fight often and longer, tougher battles. It's hard to say at the end of the day who's the best but I can see why Floyd says he is.
