The best in his divison when he moved up and fought baldimor were Cotto,Margarito,and Williams. though Baldimor was linear that does not mean he was the best.
Now I know you can retract and say well isnt that what the linear championship is about? And of course on the surface it looks that way but look at it like this, when Rahman knocked out Lennox Lewis that made him undisputed linear champ, did that mean Rahman was the best Heavyweight in the divison?
