I can't argue with that. Mayweather doesn't look like he wants the fight and is killing the remainder of his career with his legal troubles & inactivity. Dumb move on his part I really think he's waiting for Pacquiao to slow down which is sad as Mayweather NEEDS Pacquiao more than vice verse. Pacquiao has another prime or close to prime ATG on his resume(Barrera), Floyd doesn't.

He was still a prime or close to prime ATG when Pacquiao beat him. Again, what prime or close to prime ATG did Floyd fight? Don't worry, I'll wait.

Same story everytime isnt it, the guy comes out of hiding soon as the fight is signed.

Of all times to announce his next fight, he announced it the night before Pac knocks out Hatton. Then he stays silent through the 2nd negotiations, not a word from him, soon as Pac is signed to fight Margo he comes out on Ustream spewing racist ****. Then now Pac has a date with Mosley, with a network and a venue and after months not hearing anything from him as he didnt have the urge and was on vacation, he's spewing **** again.

C'mon, its clear as day what this guy is playing at.

Nah I don't think so, I think Mayweather planned on fighting Marquez and Pac then going on vacation or possibly retire to enjoy his money all along. Pac didn't materialize so he fought Mosley and took his vacation. I think with the Pac fight not getting done, that is the only thing that could get him back in the ring.

If he would have fought Pac instead of Mosley and generated the 50mil that was projected then I think he would have retired or took a vacation regardless. It would have probably taken Pac or someone else to create major hype again to have him come back.

Interest in the fight peaked after Pacquiao beat Cotto imo.
