    Floyd having a win over PAC on his resume would be his very best win without question. PAC beating Floyd would be PAC best win without question....but PAC is by far held in higher regard in terms of his accomplishments and the depth of his resume than Floyd which means it would do a whole lot more for Floyd if he were to finally accept the PAC fight.

    Financailly both men can ride off into the sunset and live a comfortable life style so long as their gambling and "making it rain" is kept in control and in moderation.

    He is a conesensus top 50 atg with or without manny..maybe even top 35..

    If he wants to get to that top 15-25 spot (which in his mind he is the best) then he needs to fight pac and beat him

    Neither of them need each other in terms of legacy IMO. That said I think a Win for either of them boosts them up the P4P of all time lists significantly.

    Anyway, yes, right now many people consider Manny as the better man, and if he wants to go down as the greatest, he needs to beat his foe.

    They both need each other, and they don't. If they never fight, they will still be considered two of the best fighters that entered the sport, with Pacquiao being the far more likeable to people. If they do fight, we will just be able to say who's the best in their matchup, but this won't mean that the loser isn't great. Plus, they will make TONS of $$. Not that they need money, but this would be a Tyson-Holyfield caliber fight.

    This has been done to death... Mayweather needs Pacquiao... That much is obvious; especially after the way this fight ended. If anybody tries to use this fight as a resumes enhancer for the Pretty One I'm going to throw up... :dead :hey
