i dont give a **** how much fighters make, thats not my business, i just want to see the bet and most entertaining fights.

 

No I don't hate everyone that challenges Floyd but I believe that a fighter should first focus on improving and creating his own legacy than to get famous off calling out a fighter. (ala Margarito)

You don't have to call Floyd out ... You win a title (like Cotto did) -- don't worry about Floyd ... defend that belt and defend it well, then everything you wish for will come true because others will do the talking for you. He's racking up title defenses ... the more he gets - the more clout he gets ...

I'm more of a guy that likes to see champions defend their titles and do it well.

 

I've never really been overly fussed about Mayweather's persona, there are far worse out there in the boxing world, after all. It's rather nice to believe that Cotto and Mayweather are fans of each other (if it's true). They are both top-notch fighters, after all....

I think I'm beginning to mak my peace with Mayweather not fighting Cotto. It's not as if DLH is, say, Juan Laczano.

 

also lets not forget cotto is the number 2 in floyd division, that should be enough.

 

Come on man, Margo had a top CV at Welterweight before running into Williams. Personally I detest the idea of someone getting the kudos of being the best fighter at a weight mainly due to his achievements at lighter weights. It doesn't even make sense....

Margarito's biggest fight was against Daniel Santos (who is he:huh )
his second biggest fight was against an up and comer in Paul Williams - before that he was headlining B.A.D.

Don't say that Floyd didn't accomplish anything because he's as of now the champion ... not for what he did in lighter weight classes ... but for beating Baldomir who was the universally recognized undisputed champ.

I said he doesn't duck the money! Which is logical in a sport that is as dangerous as boxing! I don't give a **** about what he makes and I don't recall stating anything that might elude to the contrary. Right now Cotto aint worth the money obviously, because if he was Mayweather would be all over it! This man is wrestling......for 20 million....And.....coaching a MMA team on BET....If the Money is right Floyd will do anything!

My thing is I don't see why people say he ducked Shane (not you). People are quick to downplay him and then if he ever fights him people will say well shane was past his prime and Floyd should have fought him years ago.

No I can't ... if he beats Casa ... he's the champ and doesn't have to fight Juan Diaz or Nate Campbell ... you see no one is giving Casa any heat for not fighting Juan Diaz in the past or not calling out Nate Campbell after his recent victory.

Pac doesn't have to worry about anything ... he's the universally recognized champ at 130, despite what he does at 135.
