    When you're at the top everyone under you, knows that the only way they are at the top is through you, they have no choice but to go after you! The person at the top has the right to choose to fight whoever they want! Your only at the top when your undisputed!

    I don't want to believe that man.....intergrity is everything I rather bleed myself dry then fabricate my deeply rooted values for the love of money. **** man I've done some shady **** for a dollar but its because I needed it but I'm a grown man now and I understand the value of money the satisfaction of earning it and spending with no quams. I don't doubt PBF feels he's earned his right to get paid for pissing a golden toilet but if cares anything about his most loyal fans (the backbone of the sport) he will give the public what they want and stop being selfish.

    You have to try and put yourself in Floyd's shoes (or anyfighter these days). If someone was offering you that type of money would you turn it down? If you had a chance to increase you marketability in other areas beside your sport would you not do so? Fighters these days fight for the payday and not the legacy. Thats not to say that is what Floyd is doing but thats how it is when it comes to 95% of the modern athletes. It's a business and you have to handle it as is. I want to see Floyd fight Cotto as much as the next person but if I had a chance to fight Oscar for another 8 figure payday I would be all on it knowing I was in for another big payday with Cotto. It's easy for us to say what should be happening from the outside looking in but in the drivers seat its a whole different story.

    Ok, I completely understand and I've given PBF the benefit of the doubt but I still have trouble accepting the current situation. Its obvious he is milking his current stature in the fight game...he feels he paid his dues and money is slightly more important than legacy. This is fine and dandy as only an individual is responsible for themselves and he wants to secure his furture and his families in the best, safest and most conveinent way possible, its the American way. I would like to say this though I don't want to hear him comparing himself to the likes of Armstrong, Robinson, Charles, Louis etc, etc because he is not them and the way things are looking he will never be them. Understand this I would like nothing more than for PBF to push himself to the limit and actually put himself in position to be greatest all-time but this will not happen with self inflicted distrations he has put forth. Your money will eventually run out your body will eventually turn to dust but your name will live forever...what hurts me more is the fact that PBF has allowed those influential characters that surround him everyday into thinking that his choices are the only right way to go....I have no doubt that a part of him has been munipulated into thinking that DLH is the biggest fight to be made out there and he is right from a financial point of view, as pathetic and insignificant as it may be it is a money maker and this is why i say DLH is becoming a plauge.
