    Whats BHop these days...didnt he loose twice to Taylor

    yeah the scorecards says he lost but both those fights were bull**** staredown-fests with no clean punches landed. I scored them both draws. Nothing about either of those fights indicate that Hops was slowing down or past his prime except for the official decisions.

    This requires clarification: Taylor is an "elite" fighter.

    Hopkins would obviously beat Calzaghe but Pavlik would seriously hurt him.

    Hopkins beats Calzaghe on points. Pavlik brutally KOs slappy within 9 rounds.

    I know many of you will be surprised by this, but I am dead serious.

    Mayweather proved that he was a cut above Hatton. I dislike Mayweather and was rooting for Hatton, but I knew Hatton never stood a chance in hell against a superior talent like Mayweather.

    Likewise, Hopkins is a superior talent to Calzaghe and it will show when they fight. Many of you are blinded by a group delusion that elevates Calzaghe to near divinity.

    But...

    Hopkins is a cut above Calzaghe much in the same way Mayweather was a cut above Hatton.

    Again, many of you will be surprised when a 43 year old Hopkins outclasses Calzaghe, but I won't. It's inevitable.

    These Brits overrate Calzaghe like they did Hatton. Their nationalistic egos just can't handle the truth.

    Hatton was castrated by Mayweather and Pavlik would do the same to slappy.

    Good to know there are still some posters unphased by the group delusion which has overtaken these boards ever since Calzaghe outclassed the mediocre Jeff Lacy.
