    I agree.

They are both smart men in the ring, and it may come down to who is the smarter man. Hops is very good and making people look bad and Joe has been known to get dragged down to mediocre levels during fights, although I don't think he will let himself go that far in this fight.

Coudl actually be a good fight to watch, don't often say that about B-Hop fights

For what both have done in boxing i can respect.
10 yr world champs dont fight everyday.
11th or 12th April and the Hopkins gravy train will be comin to a full time stop tho.
Calzaghe likes to humiliate and will do it in style. It could well get embarrassin to say the least:p

Yes, I remember Calzaghe humiliating Bika, and Podwill, I'm sure Hopkins is in for the same treatment :nut

Still plenty of time for Joe to play the ***** card yet though, I'll believe this fight when I see it. Maybe Joe will arrange another divorce as an excuse, or will it be the old 'brittle hands' chestnut again :think

The scepticism is well meritted given Mr Calzaghes track record, but I really think that only an act of god is going to stop Joe from getting in the ring with Hops.

If Calzaghe actually has the balls to face Hopkins, he is gonna get outclassed by the old man.

    Calzaghe is grossly overrated.

On what grounds do you base that prediction, may I ask?

    Another American wearing blinkers!

You Americans haven't seen much of Joe, therefore right him off at your peril. Wasn't Lacy supposed to school him?

I think it will be a good battle, but expect Joe to win through, thats if he isn't stopped on cuts due to the constant headbutting that seems to be a feature of BHop's recent fights.

Hopkins superior? How? He beat up dwarfs, lost to superior fighters like RJJ, even lost twice to Tarver!
