No 'big name' MIDDLWEIGHTS though...oh, except Jones (who embarrassed him) and Taylor (who beat him twice). Hey, but he beat Oscar (whose 'real' record at 160 should be 0-2) and Trinidad (who was on the canvas nearly every fight as a welterweight) and had just one half-decent performance at 160. :yep

You dont think it reflects badly on Calzaghe that he was the underdog when he was the defending champion and fighting someone with 21 pro fights?

Yep, thats a really good, educated assesment. I'm a believer. It must be inevitable that two guys from America MUST both beat the 2 Brits.

Wow. Taylor didnt school ****. He was bigger, younger, stronger, and got two very lucky decisions IMO, especially the first one. Hopkins finished stronger and landed the crisper, cleaner punches. Get your head out of your arse.

You just don't get it, do you? 1000+ punches per fight vs what... 50? Gimme a break.

How simple are some of you people?

No way in ****ing HELL does Calzaghe manage to get off 1,000 punches against a defensive wizard like Hops.

Hopkins will use Calzaghe's own work rate against him.

And for the record, Hopkins threw over 600 punches against Winky. More than enough to beat Calzaghe, who all too often is way off balance and way out of position.

    :smoke

OK, let's stop this bull****. Wait until fight time. You'll see what happens and be proved very wrong. I cannot be bothered to argue with morons.

****in right. I'm sick of this 1000+ punches argument as well. BHop is a master, Jeff Lacy is not.
