Kirk, why does Cotto get props for beating Judah when he was coming off 2 losses and a first round no contest. But PBF gets **** for beating Judah who was coming off a sole loss?

Why does Cotto get props for beating Quintana, (who is still unproven) for a vacant title. But PBF gets **** for beating the linear WW Champion?

Simply put, yes it would be OK with me. On the other hand, if he chooses not to fight them he has no right to call himself a true great. Either way, I don't actually care very much because there are many other fighters who are infinitely more interesting and exciting to watch than Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Scared for him. Floyd easily steamrolls Cotto. Cotto has no defense and gets hit a lot... add that in with Mayweather being the best + - fighter. And Mayweather likes to lead with straight right hands, exactly what Mosley was hitting him with. Cotto gets beat like Hatton.

 

It's hard to give Cotto a lot of credit for a few factors. He had not won in two years, he also was going on a year of inactivity and Cotto low blowed him twice.
