Anyone who wouldn't give credit to Floyd for beating Pacquiao shouldn't be taken serious as a boxing fan.

Yeah at 135. He looked every bit of his age during the Floyd fight. Most who thought he had a chance felt that he could carry his speed up to 144 because Pac had looked so impressive at that weight.

It's obvious he's no manny pac.

Floyd haters will remain Floyd haters regardless of the outcome. Trust me, there's a been a very consistent theme I've seen the last five years from folks on message boards and thats one of them.

It's ok for Manny to avoid fighting Nate Campbell (who held three belts) to fight for GREENER pastures but when Floyd opts to fight Baldomir to preserve his more lucrative fight with Dela Hoya, Floyd's avoiding that overrated (only on the internet) cheater.

Thats just one of the many double standards.

To me this will be one of Floyd's easiest victories and I'm not exaggerating one bit. Those that call him boring, you frankly don't know anything about boxing and I doubt you've ever been in a ring.

  4. Well, I can't speak for anyone else man, but I used to be a FLoyd nut-hugger. Recent history (since the Hatton fight) has turned me right off him.

Since his Hatton fight?? He went on a sabbatical for crying out loud, lol.

It's amazing how his resume is criticized but I'll tell you this.

There's no Solis, Golden friggin Johnson, Jose Dela Cruz, Michael Jennings or even his former olympic teammate David Diaz "OPPONENT" types on his resume unlike how those names are on the so called people he's avoided.

Thank you for the insightful post. So allow me to school you.

How will Manny address the fact that he can't fight backing up?? "Manny will come in and dominate him" you probably say?

Floyd not only has a reach advantage over him but he's quick, so Manny is going to have to sell out to get inside. Manny's lack of defense generally and for a straight right hand will be his undoing along with his **** poor balance.

I could come up with a several other scenarios but since Floyd's "O" will go as you're alleging, outside of sWARMING Mayweather, how else can Pacquiao win??

He's NOT going to outbox him thats for sure. He's not going to out counter him. He's not going to land something big hoping Floyd falls and doesn't get up. So tell and put down your pon pons while explaining, what other ways outside of what I described can Pac do to beat Mayweather??

  11. His resume is not criticised except on how it relates to his cred at welter an abouts. The way I see it, PBF is a legend, and he was since his win over Corrales. But since he moved up to the higher weights, his career has been smoke and mirrors. H'es carefully self managed. Seeing the way PAC handles himself has also made me see him in a new light too.

Really? Sosa, Phillip N'dou, Henry Bruseles, Arturo Gatti, Carlos Baldomir who's record was 43-9-6, and a shot Sharmba Mitchell...

And this is within the past 7 years.

Are you kidding me? Manny has definitely had the better quality of opposition of the two over the past 7 years.

He sure came with a win against those two but he took much worse punches in those fights than in the Mayweather fight, a fight he should not struggle to begin with.

He gets credit for me if he wins this (which I think he will but we can never tell).

*****s are the only ones who discredit legit wins because they are jealous that their god is being overshadowed by a certain fighter.
