This is the court documents filed by Daniel Petrocelli and the law firm.http://www.courthousenews.com/2011/03/29/boxing defamation.pdf "Those who say Floyd Mayweather Jr was misquoted, or has never said out blatantly that Manny Pacquiao is taking PEDS and Steroids, are in complete denial because there is so much evidence. From numerous videos and articles quoting the Mayweathers slandering Manny Pacquiao, it will totally suffocate the Mayweathers defense. When it will finally go to court, Floyd fans will finally hear the truth about their fallen hero. A great boxer who has issues in using common sense. Manny Pacquiao fans, and The Superstar have been steadfast from the beginning. The Mayweathers have no right to discredit and slander Manny Pacquiao of taking PEDS and Steroids without one shred of proof. Floyd fans will contend to say simply take the test to prove youre clean, or quoting one of Floyd Jrs many lack of real thought comments, why would anyone turn down a $25 million drug test unless they are hiding something. But lets dissect that particular quote why would anyone turn down a $25 million drug test. First off, nobody is turning down a $25 million drug test, this is a fight not a drug test. The Superstar has never heard of a $25 million drug test, has anyone? Lets deal with the truth, it is what it is, a $25 million mega fight. The blood test Floyd is demanding is not required by the NSAC, it is clear Floyd Jr is using this to imply Manny Pacquiao is a cheater. But according to many Floyd Jr fans, why would Manny turn down blood testing unless he is hiding something. Now, that itself is very inaccurate. Manny NEVER turned down blood testing even though he is not required to or comply according to the NSAC policy. Manny originally agreed to do blood testing a week before the announcement of their fight, and then 24 days changed to 14 days before the fight and finally another right after the fight. Also included in the drug testing were unlimited urine testing at will and all the way up to the fight. Does that sound like someone who is trying to hide something? At that time it was an unprecedented drug test no other fighter has ever taken. And then on the second attempt to make this mega fight, Manny Pacquiao agreed to all of Floyds drug testing demands and the result was Floyd Mayweather Jr announcing on early June of 2010, he will leave the sport of boxing in order to focus on his gym and his foundation" I was hoping that these two fighter will get it on this late november but it looks like this is one mega mega mega fight we boxing fans never ever goin to witness. Thanks to that idiot crackhead for starting this false rumors about pacquiao.
We are over it, hell we been over it....................But the chickens are coming home to roost........ Nothing wrong with being a Fan of May, in the Ring he is a master, outside of it is another story....One that will be taken into court.
This has been the case since it all first started but the *****s kept repeating the same bull**** over and over again. Even the person who started it all is back peddling coz he knows he created a **** storm that's coming their way and it's gonna come down hard. Notice how there's now a very few *****s ( not even the other alts ) are using the whole drug testing bull****? Coz they know there is no solid foundation to their whole argument. Some people try but those are just the same idiots who try to save face coz they spent so much effort in the past to accuse Pac and now they don't even have anything to back it up. *******s ALWAYS get the last laugh. Haven't you mother****ers learn yet?
We should'nt be so hard on old Floyd Sr as he was only doing what any dad would do by way of protecting their son from getting a most hellacious beating at the hands of the pacman. It must have been aweful for him that night at the MGM after Pac beat Cotto up & all the crowd roaring out........ "WE WANT FLOYD" WE WANT FLOYD" WE WANT FLOYD" Daddie knew it was "THUMBS DOWN" time for his little boy:deal
Technically there are a few statements in that OP that aren't quite correct, namely that no one has ever had to submit to that type of test before. Evander Holyfield took a blood test against someone, can't remember who it was (maybe Bowe?) back in the 90's, and I believe Mike Tyson also did that as well. It isn't widespread and it's rare, but it has happened. Not a supporter of Floyd in his nonsense, but facts are facts. EDIT: I got the fighters combined there. Tyson demanded that Holyfield take a blood test prior to their fight. http://books.google.com/books?id=yf...nepage&q=holyfield tyson steroid test&f=false
If that is the case then he shoulda told his son to stfu and stop acting like he's the ****. Floyd sr. probably had a severe panic attack when he saw Pac beat the **** out of cotto and Hatton first hand. I mean **** man. Sr. coached hatton when Pac put him to sleep and Sr. was at ring side to witness a massive beat down Pac put on Cotto.
im starting to believe no one should make opinions about pacquiao, floyd, cotto, or anyone until they become fighters themselves, and understand everything about, dieting, weight gaining, cutting, weight drained, dehydrations, and experience these situations themselves, because at the end of the day the fans have no idea how it feels, either to starve yourself for a fight, how working to hard screws your stamina, and the intense dieting to cut weight screws your over all power in fight night, how you starve and kill your body to make for an example 140 and end up being 150, 155, 157, on fight night left with extra pounds of flubber you've naturally develop because you cant keep the weight of by nature anymore, your left with the extra weight that you can't back up with power, or stamina, because you've certainly taking your power by starving and not getting the usual proteins you do regularly for fights, and the extra work you had to put to cut weight leaves you with exhaustion and 10 to 15 pounds of fat to carry on fight night... cotto looked like **** that night, he wasn't himself, not by power, timing, stamina, by NOTHING... especially morales when he had a penalty put on him for each pound he would exceed above the 130 when he clearly reached the end of his career came from a big loss and couldnt make the required weight and starved himself to make the weight, he literally looked like a anorexic patient in the weight in, poor morales... i like to watch manny fight but what i say its true. clottey gets 145 to make against pacquiao but cotto gets 140? a guy that hasnt made 140 in like 6 years? this isn't just an abuse, but it is completely wrong!!! and arum never being a fighter hast the nerve to say the 5 pound wouldn't of made a difference!!! as if he wa the one starving reducing food by less and less and weighting himself every 5 hours crazly, frustrated running more, training more, getting less protein and then going to back to training and weighting youself, training, then weighting youself, man this is for real, this is a extrtemly frustrating tiring your legs go out on you man!!, super difficult thing to do, i can't believe still cotto was stupid enough to take that fight in those conditions...
Article 41: 41. On January 24, 2010, Roger Mayweather stated on a popular boxing radio show, “[Pacquiao] is on the A-side meth, that’s what the f*** he’s on.” “It’s called the A-side meth.”
