I'm sad. 😔 he could've chosen ANYONE else. I don't want to miss a fight of his, but I can't bring myself to buy 70$ for this. I just can't do it. I'll watch it on replay though.

it just doesn't make any sense to me. a fight with Porter,Khan,Bradley,Thurman, or Brook would make more money and would all still be relatively easy fights.

**** fight but "People say "Oh he's 38!" - but Hopkins is fighting killers at 50 AND Floyd's style lends it's self to longevity. So that's no excuse." doesn't mean he has no excuse. Bhop has fought guys like Enrique Ornelius, and Hakkar too. You act like he's fought a Kovalev literally every fight since he was 38+. Floyd is damn old, and no I dont want to see the Berto fight, but if he wants a soft touch quit whining and just dont buy the fight. The guys who obsess over him with these topics hate his style, so why cry about who he fights? If you guys hate his style you clearly dont watch his fights right?

I would assume every fan if boxing is a fan of Matweather and I'm a fan of boxing,so...

Its an easy fight for Mayweatger, even though I've always thought higher of Berto than most here.

If its actually his retirement fight, I couldn't really care less who he fights. He's 38 years old, just fought the other biggest name of his generation, and he's finishing his career.

I wont be buying the fight, even though the undercard is starting to look solid.

What a smarmily passive aggressive comment.

Well if you're a boxing fan, and you're not a fan of the most accomplished fighter of his generation, more power to you.

Another passive aggressive condescending smarmy comment, you don't have to be a fan of Mayweather to be a real Boxing fan and I find your tone towards every fan of the sport who have opinions that differ from yours very obnoxious and judgmental. Most of the people who populate this site a real fans or at the very least fanboys, which counts as well.

not thrilled about it but I ain't mad. He can fight whoever he wants. He's already beaten the supposed boogeyman in Pacquiao. Most likely won't be ordering the fight either. Gonna find another means to watch it.

I'd have the same "tone" if a soccer fan said they weren't fans of Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo

It's a bs fight on paper. But, Berto has the skills to make it interesting. I don't see myself paying $75 for it unless that card is really stacked and I can't wait a day...

if he was eastern european/white, or a slugger CST and others would be the biggest fan of his. it's usually those who dont have experience in the ring that can't appreciate Floyd's sweet science, or guys like Rigo. but I wouldn't say that you're required to like Floyd to be a boxing fan, but if you can't recognize how high his skill set is than you clearly aren't a real boxing fan, and I think CST does recognize this.
