Agree to an extent....but defo cannot sell out wembley with someone non-english unless its a top fighter i.e. pacman (but that would never happen).

With any opponent though i can see FM selling 20,000+ tix easy.

Mayweather has nothing else to prove. The only fight we have at 147 is Manny. Hopefully Manny mans up and agrees on the drug testing. There are other fights for Floyd, but if he wants to retire if the Manny fight is not agree. I have no problem. There is always going to be other names, such as Williams, Martinez, or even Berto. But those are fights Mayweather doesn't need.

I think you would be surprised, look at when the NFL came to London and how that sold.

Two different sports mate.....us guys are great at following every sport, just look at crickets barmy army lol. NFL uses the whole pitch like rubgy an football an has similarities with the former. So ppl will wanna see.

But with boxing and a small ring, it would be tiny for the ppl on upper tier, the incentive to go would be a good match up.

Ricky Hatton sold what, 50-60,000 v Lazcano, can't see Mayweather doing better than that with a non recognised opponent.
