He's not scared of Pacquiao in the truest sense of the word. He is, however, scared of the very real chance that he could lose to him. Fragile Floyd is a mental midget. He can't take it...this idea, this possibility that if he does lose to Manny, then it leaves no doubt as to who reigned as #1 in this era. If he can get away not fighting him, whilst making everyone believe that he does then at least he keeps himself in the conversation.
