    what??? What the hell is a troll? Do you honestly think Whitaker had the power to keep Gatti off of him????? Also Gattis bodywork would effect whitaker and stop him from running from Gatti. Whitaker was good at what he did but Gattis style would give him hell.

    lol, you g2 b kidding me. Pernell Whitaker would beat the living and dead **** out of Gatti lol. you may like Gatti and thats fine. But dude was never an elite figher face it. He just has a name b/c of the trilogy with Micky Ward. And b/c of the fights he was in. Arturro was never a good fighter IMO. He was just a slugger with a big heart. If PBF wooped his ass like he did. Pernell Whitaker would kill that boy. Floyd Potshots and moves. Sweet Pea would hit him with combinations all night until both eyes, and mouth got swolen closed. lol

    I must admit, Gatti would have been hell for Whitaker who had trouble with pressure fighters and didn't really have a good chin. Chavez, Ramirez, Nelson, and Vasquez all have Whitaker hell (especially Ramirez during the second fight) so I don't think it is a stretch to say Gatti, with all of his heart and great bodypunching, could beat Sweet Pea. Sweet Pea was a great defensive fighter, but against Gatti, his lack of offensive would be his downfall.

    Gatti was a bigger puncher than those fighters you just listed though. Even Brooklyin4354353 said so. Stop HATING Sweet pee was a solid fighter for what he did but his style is all wrong for a warrior like Gatti.
