I think Pac has a tough time with Maidana. Even if he wins. And that's a big if. I think Manny gets roughed up and stopped possibly.

But hey.... I understand: You think Pac is superman. I look at the fact that 60% of his opponents at 147 have been unranked opponents...... 4 of those fights against men who had never won a fight at 147 in their career. Pac has only fought 2 men coming off of wins at 147.

I agree Bradley and Algieri are way more accurate boxers than Miadana and Alverez. Alverez could only land 29% of his puches against Trout.

I honestly would favour Rios to beat Maidana. I think in fights like that it comes down to who's tougher, and I suspect it's Rios

Maidana is better than Rios and Algieri imo. Mayweather is definitely slipping though, has been for some time now. But he still has at least one great performance left in him :deal

    What?

No, I do not believe "Pac is superman". Surprisingly, I am a boxing fan. With a mind of my own who is actually a fan of a number of the elite fighters, not just one.

When I say Pacquiao humiliates Maidana, I mean it based off what we have seen/known of Pacquiao. Come forward, pressure fighters get beat up by Pacquiao. Maidana would not have the skills to keep Pacquiao at bay, one thing he would have is the power. But as you have seen in Maidana's past, he is just not that good. If he can trap a fighter and make it messy, sure. But against a fighter like Pacquiao, where he will depend on boxing skills, no. I dont see him winning. I see him getting humiliated.

    He beat Broner? So what.
He made a messy fight competitive with Floyd. So what?

To think he makes the same fight happen with a fast and unpredictable fighter like Pacquiao is ridiculous.

Now, back to Bradley. I think Bradley is a gifted boxer, who if he sticks to a game plan, is above fighters like Maidana. The only way I see Maidana winning a fight with Bradley, is if Bradley was stupid enough to stand in front and exchange in a brawn (ie provodnikov).

If he was to try and box Maidana, there would be a few people on here saying Maidana was washed up.

Rio's vs Maidana would be FOTY worthy.

I am inclined to agree, but I definitely wouldn't put money on it.
I dont think Rio's is that good. He has more heart than most and pretty good whiskers.

But I see Maidana as the slightly better boxer between the two. However, like any fight Rio's is involved in with a Brawler like Maidana, things can get ugly...usually when things get ugly, someone ends up on the floor. And I can see Rio's edging Maidana out in that department.

Using Maidana fights before he was with Garcia is absurd. Should i bring up Paccquiao fights before he was with Roach? Maidana is clearly better than he was when he fought Khan, if you can't see that, you're blind to reason. Maidana is a good fighter, i wouldn't call him great, but to act like he's a punching bag is absurd. In the first Floyd fight, Floyd fought poorly in the first half, let himself get cornered by a motivated and more active pressure fighter, so he got hit. These are statistics that are only brought up to force a narrative, and it's nonsense. Pacquiao is more hittable than Mayweather, there is no debating that.

Bradley was a quality 140, but extremely notable and top of the pound for pound rankings? Not before he "beat" Pacquiao. I just think it's bizarre for Pacquiao fans to say "He beat a prime top 3 undefeated fighter" then deny that he beat Pacquiao. He can't be both undefeated and the guy who lost to Pacquiao. Bradley was good, not great. He's still good but not great

Floemos making Maidana and Canelo sound like ATGs now, lol.

Alexander blanked Maidana, goes life and death vs Soto Karass and Floyd goes life and death against him, lol.

    Quoted for truth.

Mannys defense is underrated as well as his boxing skills. Ppl seem to think he's just some brawler with the gift of speed n power. The stats are there to back up the defense theories but some pac haters will ignore compubox when it doesn't suit their agenda.

Oh and some of these same posters will say that Bradley's an average fighter as well
