The Fact is PAC is willing to fight, Mayweather is willing to fight with tests.

The problem here is Arum, *******s and *****s can go back and forth but the fact Remains.

Arum will go to great lenghts to protect his cash cow, knowing that he can still squeeze a couple million out of PAC before sending him to his biggest fight.

There is still Marquez PAC 4 which by the looks of it had great PPV revenue, and ARUM would want a part 4 to get some more.

There is still Cotto/PAC rematch after cotto gaining some confidence and some wins, and experience ARUM would do it! ans SPIN IT. SELL IT.

Also Timothy bradley could come into the picture, that means ARUM could prolong this until next year if Necessary... and Mayweather can also continue fighting with Canelo/Berto/Ortiz/Sergio

THEY WILL NOT FIGHT EACH OTHER. ARUM stands to lose to much money and the risk is to big to give PAC mayweather right now. If the fight happens I see it happening very later rather then sooner...
