LOL. Floyd didn't wanna shake his hand and I don't blame him. No matter what reason he did it for (obviously for views - he's a narc), it's a good thing. Hope the homeless guy spends it well altho I know it's basically impossible for him.

He's doing it for views. $1000 to bring in traffic to his instagram account which advertises his strip club. All marketing. He doesn't see this guy as a human being, rather a means to advertise.
