They had offered to sit down with a 3rd party to explain the whole procedure, for everyone to get a better understanding of it. Pac declines bob arum accepted.

During that discussion things like what would be a scientific appropriate cut off date would have been discussed in which both parties could negotiate.

    AGAIN PAC DECLINED THAT OFFER:deal

so what happened to their non-negotiabe stand on USADA? i thought it was non-negotiable? it's clear that GBP are contented first to negotiate this fight through the media. and now after pissing pac off and arum moving on with other fights, they are now crawling back and with some more media propaganda trying to paint pac as the one who ducks. pac has no history of ducking opponents. i could not say the same with floyd.

it's not about shane, it's about GBP, refusing their own fighter the blood test because they think urine test conducted by NSAC was sufficient.

Random means random. That could be a test an hour before the fight. But thew real question is: Why does Manny have to agree to Floyd Mayweather bull****???

And I am not even a Manny's fan!

Shane was the fighter dumbass. And Judah wanted the testing done and Shane agreed.

Promotional company's try to work in the best interest of thier fighters moron. so with that being said a stance that is good for one, my not be good for another. Its like Arum putting in the deal about floyd making weight for his fight with Pac, but fought that tooth and nail when he had Castillo fighting Chico..So what do you have to say about that???

MANILA, Philippines – Seven-time world champion Manny Pacquiao has merely laughed off the drug testing issue being raised by Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s saying that the former pound-for-pound king is just trying to excuse himself from the fight.
“Marami lang siyang dahilan, marami siyang dinedemand. Siguro wala pa ‘yong fight, takot na,” said Pacquiao ("He has a lot of excuses, lots of demands. We're not even fighting yet but maybe he's scared already").
The Filipino champion, who recently won the World Boxing Organization welterweight title from Puerto Rico’s Miguel Cotto, said Mayweather maybe getting nervous with the idea of trading punches with him.
Thus, American boxer came out with a statement demanding an Olympic-type of dope testing.
“Sa akin walang problema kung gusto niyang lumaban. Fight kaming dalawa... pero kung medyo natakot siya -- palakasin muna niya loob niya,” said Pacquiao ("For me, I have no problem if he wants to fight... but if he's scared -- he needs time to improve his confidence").
Pacquiao made it clear he has no qualm in undergoing tests. What he’s opposed against is having him to give blood so near the March 13 fight date.
“Require natin lahat pati blood test... pero ‘wag naman doon sa day of the fight, manghihina ka naman noon,” he said ("Let's require everyone a blood test... but please not on the day of the fight, it weakens you").
The Filipino boxing star added that the Mayweather camp may also be using the issue to just to distract him.
“Gumagawa lang siya ng paraan, strategy niya para magalit ako... para ma-distract ako sa concentration sa fight,” said the reigning pound-for-pound king ("He's just making a way, a strategy to make me angry... to distract me out of my concentration in the fight").

They tried to workout a cut off day but Pac keeps changing it. You cats dont keep up with nothing, you just keep posting the same BS over and over again. It was the day of, then 2 days then 3 days then 6 days, and the last one was 30 days.
