  1. I see the ESB accountants are hard at work again, what great imaginations you have. I think it's time to face facts that you simply haven't got a ****ing clue what these people will be walking away with and how much their taxes will be and how much their out-going finances are.

    But carry on pretending, it's fun to see you waffle copious amounts of shite and try and pass it off as if you're the accountant for these people. haha

    total of $54M guaranteed purse for the main event boxers then maybe around $60M total purses for the whole card. how many ppv buys needed to break even?

    You're leaving out that Pacquiao has to pay taxes back home as well.

    Koncz and Arum cited the 39.6% figure constantly to justify taking Pacquiao to Macau. The poster in question in turn a) accepted their words at face value and b) decided that the tax rate in the US simply must be the same for foreign and non-foreign fighters. He also appears to have assumed that Floyd will make a similar upside to Pacquiao which is pretty ridiculous given their respective promotional situations.
