Alvarez is the more significant and tougher fight.

If Mayweather is staying at 147 though, Guerrero is a top opponent for him. Below just Pacquiao and Bradley when it comes to significance.

    Alvarez, of course.

Unbeaten, bigger fan base and more well-known.

I expect Haymon and Mayweather to select Guerrero. He's smaller, been beaten before and has less power.

USADA joke drug testing for the fight and possible hidden "A" and "B" tests.

Come to expect nothing less from Haymon/Mayweather/Golden Boy. Sad to see what has happened to boxing.

It's not his fault that the good potential fights for him fell through

    Williams, Kirkland, Trout, Ortiz...

if Cotto wasn't such a ducker the fans would have a different opinion on Canelo by now

Guerrero just moved up to 147 and Canelo is a huge 154lber, borderline MW.

    Not a good idea imo

Robert Guerrero is the tougher fight, so definitely him.

    1 - Mayweather vs Martinez
    2 - Mayweather vs Pac
    3 - Mayweather vs Bradley
    4 - Mayweather vs Canelo

Mayweather vs Guerrero isnt even on my radar, if he beats another top 10 welter though my opinion will change, he will come in at #5.

Those two will never happen, not in the foreseeable future, so you shall consider giving Mayweather vs Guerrero a thought :nono

Alvarez is the biggest challenge left of anyone not named Sergio Martinez. And considering Floyd won't fight Martinez or Pacquiao, Alvarez is the best we can hope for.

I think Guerrero gets the nod though. Mayweather probably views Alvarez as too great a risk now.

May-Canelo 4sho. Canelo needs to step the **** up already. He's milked his belt as long as he can without manning up. May's old enuf that Canelo can give him a slight test en route to a UD loss. Robert ain't doin **** to May at all.
