De La Hoya has done greater than 875k seven times
    -Trinidad
    -Mosley II
    -Vargas
    -Hopkins
    -Mayorga
    -Mayweather
    -Pacquaio

All much bigger names than Guerrero. Make no mistake about it, this is a huge disappointment if true, but it's still a fantastic number in context.

If they had 12m to throw away, they could have put it in their boxing budget and they'd have overtaken HBO a long time ago. This Canelo fight will more than make up, though

None what so ever and when Floyd losses I dont want to hear ****, even if its stopped due to his hand. A win is a win no matter what you feel about the judges score no matter how the fight is won.

And how many boxers getting paid $32 M / fight?

    $32 M + 800,000 ppvs = flopped :hi:

I'm willing to bet they more than make up for any losses with their haul in September.

Why such a low prediction though, Jeff? Imagine Schaefer says **** it and goes for the jugular, loads up with Matthysse-Garcia and Abner Mares on the card. Both actually rumored, not strongly however.

Cotto and Danny are both 7 figure fighters. GBP and Showtime would need a ton of buys just to cover the fighters purses

For those too stupid too spot the obvious, yes, under normal circumstances 875k ppv buys would be very, very good, drawing a million every ppv isn't normal it's amazing, even Tyson didn't manage that, only his biggest fights got over a million. However, when you're paying a guy so much your brake even point is way over a million coming so far under it is a bit of a disaster really.
