Witter is a live underdog in ANY fight vs ANY big name between 140 and 47.His power and his style and just way too awkward.Harris was throughly befuddled with him.Iv watched Witter look absolutely scintillating destroying guys who just shouldnt have been in the ring with him.But when its mattered most the kids always produced.For him to take the Judah bout on 4 days notice go the distance with a then rising star and get kudos from Judah saying he would be a future world champ (of which he is now) is massive considering the disadvantage that Frank put him in from the beginning of his career.Hatton may not be afraid but he is DEFINITLY avoiding Junior Witter.

 

I think it would be a very difficult fight for Hatton although he would still win.

Witter has the WBC belt now, so there are no excuses for Hatton BUT given the choice between a mega fight between DLH and the Witter fight, Hatton would be crazy to take on Witter giving the amount of money he could make from the DLH fight.

If he loses on Saturday night however, then DLH fight could be off and he has no excuse not to fight Witter after that.

Prior to that fight the only name Witter had fought was Jan Bergman.

Judah meanwhile had beaten guys like Micky Ward, Terron Millett and Jan Bergman. The only good fighters are American, and any divisions ruled by non-American's are obviously ****. They wouldn't know Witter if he walked up and clouted them one in the face, they simply call him **** by default due to one loss years ago

 

Pathetic arguement.Did Hatton need any of the flotsam he fought before he beat Kostya? Matter of fact did he need Urango? I mean anyone here heard of Urango prior to his bout with Ricky? Of course he can fight DLH for ££££ and he will take that fight first before he faces Witter.But if his interested in making noise at 140 and defending his title at 140 then he cant be seen as the divisions best if he doesnt fight there can he! **** he could make £20M fighting Mike Tyson but that doesnt make it right.atsch

 

One more thing (although not massivley relevant) everyone goes on about how down to earth Hatton is , Check out any interview you like with Witter, for a man who has been shafted his whole career he is incredibly philosophical about it , A good guy the whole way I hope he gets his shot at some really big money soon.

I doubt it.The DLH fight will still happen as DLH knows its big money for an easy nights work.Either way i dont really care much for PBF Hatton or DLH Hatton i want to see Witter Hatton.That is the only fight that matters for british boxing and Britains legacy as producing some of the best talents in the world for such a small nation.

 

Eaxctly.Everyone used to give him a very hard time but his massively popular in Bradford.Witter is a decent fellow and doesnt really have a bad word to say about anyone but he is supremely confident in his abilites.If i could fight the way he does i would be too.

So leading up to the fight with Witter, Judah really fought nobody either, just as Witter. Equal experience if you ask me.
