Mayweather has never been in a real fight

how do u get to be pound for pound #1 in the sport if u havent faced anybody who will give u a real fight or who is perceived to be a real chalenge? its like saying someone climbed a mountain, and when they get to the top u discredit them for being at the top as if they didnt climb to get there...

 

If that mountain is 13 feet tall and you're pretending it's everest, you're going to look stupid for bragging.

 

No cockbreathe, I'm not "saying anything" to defend one of my favorites. It is a falsehood that Floyd Mayweather has "never been in a fight". He has a brilliant defense and CAN go an entire fight without taking any damage, so his detractors say "he isn't tough" atsch It's bull**** really.

It is very stupid to take punches to the face in boxing.

You have to attempt to defend against them.

Truth...he does overstate his place in the history of boxing, but its not like he hasnt acheived a great deal in the sport...peoples' dislike for him as a person causes them to discredit his acheivments in the ring...u dont get to be #1 unless u fight champions and top fighters...hes faced something like 13 world champions, yet people can say that hes never had a fight?

 

to these cats its more logical to turn down $25 mill plus fight cause of dope test...than to dock dodge and dodge punches.

 

most of these cats on this site will say that fighters getting ****ed up every fight and finding a way to win makes them great...and then feel sorry and sad about cats like ali and roach who cant stay still due to all the punches they got hit with....

they ask for these fighters to take punishment for their own selfish entertainment

I didnt see him run from baldomir, i saw him pick baldomir apart and make him look like a caveman in the ring...altho i do feel he shoulda stepped up and got him outta there...
