Mayweather has nothing to PROVE!!!

    Now i am a mayweather fan but also a boxing fan and i like alot of other boxers including marg shane cotto etc, But im sick of hearing from jealous fan that pbf ducked him or him its stupid, Put youself in his shoes hes been boxing 20 years hes made millions of pounds and lived a dream from his 130 days to MOVE UP in weight and fight a mega fight with oscar, he done that and beat a undeafted yet overated ricky hatton but lets make no mistake we all gave hatton a small chance and in my opinion brung the very best out of pfb, Now with the so called 147 great champs unless he fights all of cotto williams shane and margorito manny etc one comback fight against them does nothing for his hall of fame status, high risk low reward MAKES NO SENSE. in my humble opinion he outboxed marg to a ud, same with shane in a good fight if cotto can outbox him so can floyd without getting hit as much, cotto ud in a very close fight maybe a late stoppage due to gassing out. williams will be a very hard fight for pbf height reach workrate and will be the hardest fight with the highest risk! if williams beats winky and maybe even pavlik, then floyd beating him would be AWSOME!! . But thats not gone happen so lets hype ourselves for pbf vs manny which will be a great fight pound for pound on the line, 2 great fighters in there prime and loads of money with a risk but not huge for pbf you cant slate him for taking it. lay off the guy cotto marg etc are the new genaration of fighters not in floyd league at the moment so give the man his props and respect the guy, ;)

    if Floyds Career Goal was to prove to the world that he has Zero intentions of fighting the best fighters out there, then your correct he has nothing left to prove:good

    yea not in floyd mayweather league i think cotto would out boxing him and ripe through him with body punches, also i think mosley would pressure him enough to expose mayweathers flaws, plus he ain't got nothing going with pacquiao so don't bother.

    Thers always going to be the next best thing etc.. whens it ever going to die, he beats cotto you gotta fight berto he beats him you gota fight shane even the wanted to in 2006 o hes to old we knew he would win he has nothing to prove 6 time wbc champion at 5 weight classes no fight has ever done it, you wana small welta like floyd who moved up from 130 to fight all the people he might as well move to to 170 fight dawson hopkins. you dont no anythink so dotn comment

    Ok newbie lemme school u a bit about this on going argument on ESB about Floyd:deal. I agree with you to an extent, but this argument has been made so many times on here its ridiculous. Ima fan of Floyds as well and everyone knows that. I like what he's done in his career too. HOWEVER to say that he has nothing left to do is an argument that both sides can give. I agree that he don't have nothing left to prove however I am a fan of boxing and posters like Bazooka can sometimes bring a good opposite argument of what I'm trying to say and I respect that. I don't see it like that but its all good; It's there opinion. With that said after seeing Mosley and Pac put on great performances, MAYBE he does need 1 more fight against either of em. Tony was a hype and Floyd knew it..I been sayin for years any good slick boxer would beat Mosley. Thats why he chose to fight a better fighter in Baldomir IMO. But now Im starting to lean towards Floyd needing 1 more fight against either the new #1 lb 4 Lb fighter in Pac or against the "now WW king" Shane Mosley.

    Im just tryin to help u out lil homie. If you wanna go down this road on ESB juss plan on getting some criticism. BUT UNDERSTAND THAT BOTH ARGUMENTS FOR FLOYD AND AGAINST HIM ARE VALID ARGUMENTS! CERTAIN POSTERS GIVE GOOD POINTS AGAINST HIM AND OTHERS LIKE THE FOX AND BLADERUNNER JUST HATE CUZ THEY JUSS DON'T LIKE FLOYD. BAZOOKA AND JM22 HAVE SOME PRETTY GOOD ARGUMENTS THAT SAY MAYWEATHER HAS SOME STUFF LEFT TO PROVE. I DISAGREE BUT I CAN SEE WHERE THERE COMING FROM SO IM NOT GONNA FRONT.     finally a good post back, i didnt say he cant better himself just thats in his eyes it doesnt matter, as much as i want him to fight and hes in his prime, if YOu as a boxer done everythink you ever wanted eg his fight with oscar etc. His heart is not init anymore that why hes retierd NOT BECAUSE HES SCARED OF MARG COTTO SHANE ETC hahaha. if you come back and your hearts not in it ur getting ktfo not matter who you are

    Floyd should of gone down as a contender for the greatest fighter of all time. But due to the way he has hand picked his opponents on his way through the divisions this will not happen. Don't get me wrong he has fought some credible fighters Corrales, Castillo, Gatti, Hatton, De La Hoya, Judah but it could have been so much more impressive Mosley (at Lightweight or Welterweight), Tszyu, Cotto, Margarito, Williams there was even talk of Winky Wright at one stage. The annoying thing is he could have beaten them all.
