    Floyd would have whooped his ass at ANY stage of their careers. floyd was even more of a beast then he is now.

    prove it. a fight was offered to him and his team didnt feel Cotto was ready in 05'. as for 08', Cotto has never showed interest in a floyd fight AND he was in a slave contract with TR. u think arum was gonna welcome floyd back with open arms after he just bought himself out of his TR contract and made big money with DLH? hell no. isnt it funny how as soon as Cotto left Arum how easily the Floyd vs Cotto fight was able to be made? open your eyes bruh.

    Neither one of them was eager to fight each other, I honestly think the fight would have happened if Margarito hadn't upset Cotto. It seemed inevitable.

    i agree. i dont think either of them ducked eachother. it has more to do with timing and promotional companies.
