mayweather has that seed of doubt in his mind!

Have you ever seen mayweather that pumped up during a weigh in? certainly not for a long time in my books. this is against someone he is supposed to wipe the floor with. maybe he's feeling a little unsure how he's going to handle a young, fit, strong guy with big power and fast hands. when was the last time he fought a guy like that?

he definitely see's something in ortiz that intimidates him. he felt he had to get some psychological edge before the fight.

im predicting a tough night for mayweather. i said in a thread about 2 months ago that i think this is the fight where mayweather gets knocked out. ive changed my thinking since then and ive been saying mayweather by decision. im now going back to my original prediction.

thats all well and good, but he didn't need to strangle ortiz, that wasn't for theatrics! that was to try and intimidate him. he's trying to ruin him before the fights started.

intimidation always happens before fights but ive never seen floyd do that before. his previous 4 opponents all had some kind of physical disadvantage. whether it be height, weight, speed, age. against all of them he had a skill advantage and thats the only thing i see he has over ortiz. everything else is a level playing field. i think mayweather has a little doubt in his mind with this fight.

 

he didn't strangle him though. thats a pretty underhand tactic. you can press your face up against someone all you want but as soon as you start choking someone it becomes assault. i would of ripped his nuts off if he did that to me!
