Ever since the Hatton fight, Mayweather has been obsessed with fighting a British fighter because he knew how badly his financial advisers fuked up by allowing Hatton to take 100% of the revenue from the UK PPV market, hence Hatton earning more from the fight than Mayweather did :pwned

Ever since, Mayweather has desperately tried to get a slice of that UK PPV market (just like many of you gormless ham n egger's try to get a slice of that deliious Team Elite Pie). Mayweather is all about earning money, he looked for ways of making a re-match with Hatton when it was totally unwarranted, he then tried to engineer a farcial match-up with 'Magic' Matthew Hatton, and now he is fixing voting polls to try and make a match up with Amir Khan seem credible to the public :lol::lol::rofl

What Mayweather fails to understand is that Ricky Hatton was a 'once a generation British marketing opportunity'. Hatton had the credibility from the unbeaten record and the huge win over Tyszu and just as important he had the charisma and personality that all the UK public could relate to in a similar way to Frank Bruno did a generation earlier.

Matthew Hatton had no credibility and the personality of a piece of cardboard, Amir Khan now has no credibility because after the maidana and peterson beatings he is completely shot, his last fight against that bum Diaz was embarassing. On top of that Khan also doesn't have the UK likability factor, he is percieved as arrogant, delusional, and shot. The millions Mayweather lost out on in the UK PPV market v Hatton fight will never be made up for in a fight with Amir Khan.

If Mayweather is serious about the UK ppv market then he needs to look at the bigger picture and that bigger picture is 'The Special One' Kell Brook. Brook is on the verge of making a big break through, he has the unbeaten record and will soon be world champion once the opportunity arrives, Brook is already selling out 10,000 arena's and he is marketed well in the UK on sky sports by Eddie Hearn, there will be big PPV money on the horizon for that fight in 18 months time :deal

Until that time arrives, Mayweather needs to shut the fuk up about how he loves his British fans etc because its an act the British fans can see straight through, we know Mayweather doesn't love anybody whose British, we know what he does love is money and buttering up the British fans with bull**** does not make us interested in watching a fight against 'Magic' Matthew Hatton or shot to **** Amir Khan. Comeback to us in 18 months when the 'Special One' is ready and then we will be interested, then you will have your chance to exploit our PPV market. :smooch

you're entertaining, if completely blinkered and about 30 years overdue to get laid...

fighting brook would be ridiculed a LOT more than fighting khan
brook is afraid to get his feet wet...in more ways than one

That's funny because your hero Ricky Hatton thinks Khan will give mayweather all sorts of problems if they fight and as for the special one he faked a few injuries when he was supposed to fight Devon Alexander if he was ever due to face Mayweather i can see him faking retirement to avoid it

Some of what you say I agree with but saying that Mayweather should fight Brook is daft, I doubt Floyd has even heard of him. I don't like the Mayweather/Khan fight but Khan is a far bigger name national and internationally. I think the fight will do decent PPV numbers over here purely because a lot of people want to see Khan KO'd again but there won't be the same interest as there was for the Hatton fight.

If Brook fought Khan in 3 months time, he would thrash Khan convincingly, one is on the way up and one is on the way down.

A Brook match-up at this time would be ridiculed, a Brook match-up in 18 months time will not be because Brook will be a legitimate world champion by then.

Some of us have the foresight to see these things, its why we sit firmly on top of the boxing fraternity as a Team Elite General.

khan is "on the way down" because he's fighting some pretty decent country fighters
brook is "on the way up" because he isn't...

Ricky hatton is not me hero you ill-informed fart-snorkling berk, the version of Khan around the Judah fight would have caused Mayweather problems, the shot to **** version of today will be mercilessly lacyied by Mayweather :deal

Did you see the Diaz fight :lol::lol::rofl:patsch

Khan is so limited its untrue, Khan is a shot to **** bum who is completely incapable of fighting on the inside, incapable of tieing a fighter up, incapable of following the game-plan, and has this laughable belief that he has some kind of chin despite going glaze eyed and rubber legged everytime a pawed range-finder jab lands on his hideous mandible.

Mayweathers best shot at a massive UK revenue is to call Ricky or Joe out of retirement

Yes there is if your going to make stupid fan boy threads. Mayweathers gona fight Khan so get over it. The fact is your hero Hatton got exposed by mayweather and then got dropped by Pac is 2 so deal with it. Some one who says that Mayweather should rather fight Kell Brook than Khan after how Kell brook **** his pants so many times from Devon Alexander, almost got knocked down by OAP Senchenko, and went life and death with Carson jones has no right to take the **** out of Khan fighting and looking bad to Diaz. Diaz is 10 times better opposition the Carson jones. diaz drew with shaun porter in the fight before fighting khan so he obviously isnt no bum

Absolutely preposterous statement, more false accusations from a twig wristed poster scraping the barrel with his desperate attempt to catapult himself into esb superstardom via interaction with a Team Elite General live on esb before a global audience of millions :nono
