Mayweather hugged Maidana 70 times???

    came across this video, first of all it's just real expert ****ysis :)

    now, i didn't bother watching the whole fight to confirm this but these guys counted 70 TIMES - floyd hugging Maidana in their 2nd fight. Is this f true? I'll have to watch this fight when i get time but if this is true it's absolutely embarrassing and unacceptable. I thought Floyd outboxed Maidana but here i'm seeing something different - run and hug him, don't let Maidana box. Seriously? A fighter should be disqualified for doing this type of stuff and Floyd better not do vs Pacquiao. The so called P4P fighter hugging and running for 12 rounds. This shows no skill, absolutely no skill. This is boxing?

    Raises a question in my mind: How much did Khan clinch Maidana?

    I don't think he did much..

    Alexander held in the Maidana fight just as much as Floyd. Try skipping through Alexander Vs Maidana and it's very hard to land on any part of the video where they arn't together in a clinch :rofl

    Mayweather tied him up, you have to understand maidana is a rugged guy he tries to rough you up so i dont see anything wrong with mayweather holding Maidana while hes on top of him... its not excessive and its legal....what john ruiz did in his career was unacceptable..maybe even wlad..

    I think it would take some skill to go 12 rounds with Maidana , hugging or not. Could you do it ?

    The only thing i get from this video, is that its clear floyds legs are not shot like pac fans think... Thats it..:deal

    i bet no-one has hugged Maidana 70 times in 12 rounds, this is Floyd showing a deterioration of skill with age. He couldn't run around Maidana, he couldn't outbox Maidana so his strategy for 2nd fight was grab him and run from him... sneak in a punch and then clinch. F, this makes Klitschko look good... I never watched their 2nd fight but this really really really looks horrible, the P4P king running and holding like a b i tch for 12 rounds. It shows that he has really slowed and has to resort to holding a fighter 70 times in 12 rounds, i still can't believe that # is accurate, 70? i'm gonna have to watch this fight cause this is troublesome.

    If Floyd f uses this vs Paquiao he should f ing be disqualified, this is not boxing, this really shows zero skills and referee needs to penalize floyd for these shameful tactics

    There is a big difference in bieng able to stay completely out of range and circle around Maidana and bieng able to stay at an effective range whilst boxing Pacquiao and having the footspeed to move in and out of punching range where inches matter.

    Floyd used to be very good at precisely positioning himself but he hasn't really had to show that in his past few fights...

    but doesn't take away from the crux if the issue here - hugging Maidana 70 times! for god's sakes

    He held so much and Bayless broke them even without clinches

    Fight 1 was close and weeks gave both men lots of leeway

    Fight 2 was clear but Maidana wasn't allowed to fight

    I think with a less interventionalist ref we have a closer fight

    dude he hasnt fought pacquiao yet:yep we have to judge his legs on this fight and they dont look shot to me, thyre not what they used to be but theyre not shot... we'll see what his legs look like against pacquaio, dont worry about that..:good

    referee should've taken points off, how can you fight a fighter that gropes you 70 times in 12 rounds? how can any fighter get away with this? I'm dumbfounded, really perplexed. I'm just concerned that Floyd will use this vs Manny, f him if he does and f boxing. He better not pul this g a y sh it vs manny.
