6 times per round is obviously excessive clinching which requires a warning and disqualification if continued, whether you like it or not. What's stupid is suggesting it's proper defense. I suspect if Floyd spit on Maidana's face whenever he felt pressure you'd still say "So what? Should he have just let the other guy swing freely?"

The only one who has elevated a boxer to "hero status" is you. Pacquiao is your God, I understand. People like you think he's made out of steel, and will just walk through bullets. It's hilarious. You literally have ZERO LOGICAL arguments. You just "believe." It's laughable.

Just calling it how I see it. This fight has NEVER been competitive. It's only because of idiotic casual fans that this fight is so hyped up.

Like I said: enjoy the mismatch May 2nd. I'm sure you'll be here crying about hugging and running after Pacquiao loses.

It's not excessive. Please point to the rulebook where it says "If X boxers clinches over X amount of times, it warrants a warning, point deduction, or DQ."

You can't, because it doesn't exist. There is no arbitrary number. It is "referee discretion."

And again: KNOW THE DAMN RULES..... If I throw a punch BEFORE I clinch, there is jack **** the referee can do about it. Don't get punched and allow me to step in to crowd you. Adjust. You guys act like Floyd doesn't throw any punches. It's stupid. Just stop talking because you're just being beyond idiotic.

LIKE I SAID - NONE OF YOU BELIEVE PAC WILL WIN. JUST STOP TALKING.

Mayweather was leaning in and tackling. Don't try and pretend that this was acceptable under the rules.

Please quote the rule. You can't, because the rule you're making up in your idiotic head of yours isn't real.

If you're going to say it warrants a point deduction or DQ..... cite the rule from the Queensbury rules of a State Athletic Commission or Boxing Organization. Take your pick.

Okay Mr. Rules show me where in the rules it says.

"If I throw a punch BEFORE I clinch, there is jack **** the referee can do about it."

Where in the rules does it say that holding after throwing a punch exempts the fighter from the excessive holding rule?

There is nothing in the rules that states I can't clinch after throwing a punch.

Of course there is no number that enforces a disqualification. But that doesn't mean you can base your defense on clinching going as far as clinching twice per minute. That's why people think Vegas is corrupt where Floyd can get away with 70 clinches a fight without having a single point deducted and people go as far as defending this nonsense with "referee discretion".

There is nothing in the rules that state you can't clinch after throwing a punch. Period.

Sorry, but you guys are talking nonsense and making up rules because you don't like how the man fights. It's that simple.

You know as well as I do that that rule says excessive holding. You want to argue that lunging in and tacking the guy is not excessive. You have also made up a rule about throwing a punch before you lunge in and tackle the guy.

There is not a rule you can cite that states it is illegal to clinch after throwing a punch.

Again: There is zero rule against clinching AFTER THROWING A PUNCH.

There is nothing in the rules that says you can. Weather you clinch after throwing a punch or not the same excessive holding rule still applies.

You have made up your own ****ing rule becasue you as always are a stupid sociopath.
