I actually would agree with Money on this one..

Alvarez will always sell with his fans, Khan always sells with his.

But Mayweather stepping out of "retirement" to take on the one who's already clapped Khan at a legit welterweight fight against a reasonable challenger.

I think he would be shocked to see that most of boxing fans would buy Canelo-Khan instead of Mayweather-cherrypickGarcia. That dose of humble pie would be enough to send that parasite into retirement for good.

Ive NEVER bought a Mayweather rip off & wouldn't walk across the street to watch him con the boxing fans. In any other sport his ass would be in jail
now. His record expunged & he'd be banned from the sport for life along with the NSAC USADA & Vegas boxing for letting him blatantly CHEAT!!!

How about the reality that the vast majority of his sells were due to people wanting to see him lose, not because he was loved or exciting to watch.

A blown up 400K buys with Berto in a huge event where he was supposed to match the HW record of 49-0 as if it meant anything...ridiculous right lol... And his last fight ever... Again, only did 400K.

Who in their right minds unless you're a obsessive ppv buyer waste their money to watch yet another Mayweather boring safety and health comes first type of fight against a B level fighter who would be used to mop the floor by a fighter like Pac, ODLH, Mosley etc...?

The prevailing notion is that Mayweather-Garcia is another decision win for Mayweather in a fight without much action and Canelo-Khan ends with Khan getting stopped, perhaps in spectacular (or hilarious) fashion. So people would rather see the one with more action.

Then there are those (certainly not me) who think Khan can win with his speed and activity.

 

Khan, Lara, GGG, Thurman, Bradley... And he chooses Garcia?
