"I got respect for Mosley because he agreed to doing it. He stood up like a man and said 'I was on steroids in the past, I'm not on it no more, and I want to show all the athletes, and all the fans, that I'm a clean athlete, and I'm going to bring my A-game.' Simple as that."

    Floyd Mayweather Jr., February 2010

Mayweather is great. He's been dominating this sport for fifteen years and his choice to demand special testing of his opponents is like choices that Martin Luther King Junior and Malcolm X made. This is all according to him but, you can take his word for it.

Don't ever cover a lie with a lie.

Lying about wanting to clean up sports after lying about a guy being on roids is just making him look bad.

I hope he'll agree for his hands to be checked before they're wrapped.... and whatever Ellerbe is rubbing on him during the fight should also be checked.

Well, Floyd asked Pac to take a test and Pac said okay. Did Pac question himself to by agreeing?

Floyd has never said that Pac is on steroids or any PEDs.

He implied it multiple times and his family outright said it.
If you want to get into a philosophical debate on what implications mean, then we can go ahead.
But the man implied he was on steroids in the RA rugged man interview and he expounded on them with the drug test.
He slyly planted a seed to make Pacquiao look bad.

Look, the avg IQ = around 100

I am in no way surprised that half of this board still thinks Pacquiao is trying to hide drug abuse with absolutely no evidence but a scuff over a contract.

Pac made himself look bad. Floyd or anything the Mayweather's have said, or hinted, have not hurt Pac. It's been what Pac has done.

So by Mayweather taking the same test as well, is he implying that he himself is on steroids?

Before mayweather and his cronies jumped on pac for roids no one said ****.
Once he brought them up and the drug tests he made it known he was shocked by Pacquiao and couldn't believe he was natural.
Since he was scared to fight pacquiao if he could potentially be on PEDS(0 evidence mind you) he threw in the blood testing

How pac responded is irrelevant. He made the accusation and threw in the request.

"how do you go from ordinary to extraordinary??!!? that don't happen!"

Blah blah blah. Pacquiao was #2 p4p according to floyd not 3-4 years ago.

The blood testing was in the contract from the start. Pac was fine with random testing up until the fight. Only after Mayweather agreed to the weight penalty did the drug test become a problem.

    Pac brought this on himself.

You still don't understand that claims require evidence or they mean nothing.
You can claim any sort of suspicions or accusations, but they still mean absolutely nothing without a shred of evidence or proof.

Right now it's like a speculation by people who think floyd is a class act that Manny pacquiao is all the sudden some extraordinary steroid abusing fighter.

That is the definition of a witch hunt, and the demographic of people grabbing pitch forks over nothing are generally the dumbest of a group.
They are the idiots who will believe everything they hear.

Exactly so LukeO you telling me you would agree to pay $10 million per pound you are overweight and decline to take a blood test? which as eze stated was in the contract from the start and agreed upon until floyd agreed to dumbass request
