It's just a bit funny to me that NOW....all the sudden when he knew he was next in line to face Manny that he changed his tune. B/c before you couldn't PAY Floyd to give Manny any props. He said Manny was all hype and ready to prove it by beating his ass. Stating he'd gladly take the easy payday and his BIGGEST one at that...and all Manny had to do was say his name and he'd make the fight no problem.

Then what happened? Manny fights Miguel and the winner of that fight was on tap to face the returing former P4P king who just dominated JMM. Manny Dominates Cotto and then Floyd starts acting out of character.......He starts "indirectly" giving Manny credit....by saying he's on roids and PEDs? Which sets up the ground work for the fall out of the fight.....Olympic style testing.

#1....if Floyd is so confident and believes he's the best and that Manny is so much inferior to himself like he's always stated, why throw a ****** wrench in the works by accusing him of roids and peds messing up his MONEY in a fight that was done? Why not just beat Manny...collect your biggest check for one of your "easiest fights"? Then you could brag, boast and count your stacks while claiming you beat the best P4P fighter who was on roids?

Obviously for some reason all the sudden Floyd has concerns about beating Manny, contrary to his previous stance on being vastly superior to PAC. If he's scared or concerned about loosing his "0"....man up and say it....or just reject the fight altogether.

Don't go round starting rumors that have no validity or substance to back up his allegations. Don't hide behind your drug testing demands to move focus off of "HIMSELF" and moving it to Manny for not giving in to the demands that were based on NOTHING.

I have to admit...it was smart....SLICK, but for me and many others very transparent. Floyd didn't want to fight Manny even for that kind of dough...and he came to that realization AFTER knowing he was going to be FORCED to fight PAC with his unscheduled return from a short retirement and after the PAC vs Cotto fight concluded.

They currently do that now with their urine test. Whomever they use for their test, the NSAC does not test for EPO.

I will do what the floydettes always do for the first time! Rub somebody's back ( in their case, another floydette).

But!!! It was not actually the Cotto fight that initially planted the "cloud of doubt" but the Hatton fight, which happened the night he announced hos fight with JMM.

The Cotto fight was just the "final nail to the coffin".

Before the negotiaitons : Pac is one dimensional

during the negotiations : you don't become extraordinary.......blah.....blah....duh

You are proably right...After Ricky got smashed Floyd Sr started to talk and I believe he made his son a believer that Manny was gonna be a problem. Rather than give Manny the proper credit he had to give Manny props in a way that was negative. Manny is only that good "BECAUSE".......:-(.....Floyd would never loose to my son "UNLESSS"...........PAC is from the Phillipines and "EVERYONE KNOWS THEY GOTS THE BEST PEDs".....:verysad Maybe after all that talk from Sr...Jr got gold feet. Being call "ELUSIVE" has a whole new meaning.

Oh so now Floyd never wanted to fight Manny? If that's the case, why agree to his ridiculous $10 mill per lb. penalty? Why did he relent and offer a 14 day when Pac said he only needed a couple of days? I've heard Pac, his trainer, and his strength coach say Floyd is scared of Manny. Of course, Manny's drones on these forums have been repeating the same line. If Manny truly believed this, and is clean, why not take the tests? You can say, "oh well Floyd said it was easy work, why ask for tests"? Well maybe Floyd is lying. Maybe he thinks it will be a tough fight. But why would Manny turn down the tests and $25+ mill to fight a guy he claims is scared of him if he's clean?

    He`s 100% right.

Hopefully Pacquiao will finally grow a pair & realise it doesnt matter if he gets beat, schooled or whatever... its about what the fans worldwide want, we pay those ****ers.

I understand that this is NSAC's current protocol. However, with a fight of this magnitude and the money involved, I can't imagine that comprehensive testing for signs of doping/PED use wouldn't be in place. Cost is likely the factor in not incorporating it for routine testing. This fight surely produces the revenue to pay for the best screening available.

Mosely wasn't subjected to post-fight blood screening for signs of blood doping. Pac would be.

Day after day you keep posting that Floyd was good up until he wanted to fight PAc lol... Then you keep singing that Floyd changed his tune when it came time to fight PAc lol...

JMM beat PAc's face up, and Floyd beat JMM up. What on earth makes you think Floyd never wanted to ever fight Pac lol... Pac is the guy who has waited about 8-9 years to fight a black fighter, and Pac agreed to the testing only to back out in the end.

Floyd is bigger, stronger, and faster, has two fists... and is better than anyone Pac has faced. Floyd thinks that Pac is on something, and asked that if their fight is made that BOTH be tested. PAc backed out, and Shane agred to the testing.

You can talk until you are blue in the face, but your boy PAc backed out of the fight, and boxing doesn't need cheaters or suspected cheaters. Let Pac fight Clottey, AM, and then Cotto again...who gives a fuk. People think that PAc is a suspected cheat now, so let him rot in his own hell with his Grand dad Arum...

How much is a sanctioning fee? 3 per cent? plus another 3 per cent to the WBC or whatever alphabet soup is sanctioning it.

The testing won't come out of the fighters's pocket but with the state commssion's pocket. So do the maths and see if you are the commissioner who gets your hefty pay from the sanctioning fee if it's ok.

Reg, PAc's fans don't really think Floyd is scared of PAc. You can see it in their writing lol. Pac's fans have to be able to come back at a Floyd fan when he is shitted on. Ellerbe jokes, crackhead jokes, and other forms of criticism are what PAc's fans resort to when cornered.

Like I said, it was a blessing to Pac's bandwagon fans that Floyd asked the cheater to be tested, otherwise, they'd be scared to death right now that their hero would be losing his next fight had it been Floyd. JMM gave PAc hell when he was on roids/hgh, and you expect any sane Floyd fan to think he is scared of PAc lol...

Now PAc has to be tested from now on. I hope boxing tests for everything from now on. Get all of the goddamn cheaters out of boxing from AM to Pac...

Wow, some PAc fans have even gone as far to say Floyd has cheated using what...illegal hand cream or something lol... You boy will only be able to cheat when he fights Arum's stable of fighters. True skill can defeat PAc as Morales and JMM have shown. And those old Mexicans didn't need roids to beat PAc. Ever since Pac got knocked out twice in 3 rounds, he's been on something illegal...

I'm glad Mayweather called his ass out. Manny has gotten away with a lot of **** other fighters would never get away with(draining guys, fighting shot guys, fighting guys coming off a loss). The public isn't going to just turn a blind eye to this one though. Pacquiao better pray that Mosley beats Mayweather.

You do realize that what Mayweather uses is actually legal right?
