Charlivent, I believe you are correct in your assessment that PBF started becoming apprehensive as the contract negotiations were coming to a close and the fight drew near.

But I don't think he was scared or wanted to get out of the fight. IMO and I will state it again the fight fell apart because PBF and Arum are both spiteful. And they both drew lines in the sand and neither will back down, NOT because either is smarter, or clever, they are just stubborn.

Arum believes that he can beat PBF in the war of PR. And despite the loud voices here on ESB, whether its *******s or *****s. From what I am witnessing on the street, at my job, etc.....Arum is winning.

My job consists of employees who are almost 99% black, and at least 50% dislike PBF, 75% think he is scared to fight Pac, and 70% are think or want Mosley to beat him.

The fighter that is universally liked at my job....Pacman. I don't think Manny has anything to worry about. Floyd has been labeled a DUCKER, and rightly or wrongly that label has stuck.

PBF, Roger, Floyd Sr always try to discredit PBF's opponent and this is just a continuation of all of that. But it hasn't stuck from what I am seeing. And I come to this conclusion NOT based on boxing forums where the rooting interests are so clear. Nor do I come to it based on who the media is backing.

I look to everyday people who NORMALLY would not be arguing about any boxing subject to see where their opinions lay. And right now at least......in Los Angeles where I live, it is overwhelmingly in favor of Pacman, and anti Folyd.

It may have to do with the fact, nor anyone else has been involved in a fight of this $$$ magnitude and appropriately it should involve the highest level of testing available.

I dont see why there are so many people slandering the move, its a very simple procedure there are hundreds of athletes taking olympic style testing in Vancouver now with no complaints, this is only a big deal because Pac couldnt agree to it.

Maybe he believes Pacquiao might actually be on PEDs. It's not that hard to understand.

A bum living on the street would give both of their balls for 1mil.

Do you have the fame and money as much as pac? Whats your point?

There have been plenty of other big fights, including Floyd vs. DLH......If it's so important @ the "highest level", why don't the commissions demand it?

So what did Floyd do illegal? I've seen the video. Only Jim said he used it before a fight.

Pac orignally agreed to random testing by the USADA up until the fight.

After Mayweather agreed to the weight penalty, Pac started changing his tune. First, a cut off date, then pre set test dates, then the NSAC must do the testing. A week for a cut off was fine, then 30, then 24, now 5.

I'm not saying what Pac can tell them to do. Im saying Pac consented to the NSAC unlimited urine test. The NSAC does not test for EPO.

Manny doesn't know what he takes, or even knows what a steroid is according to him. So how he can know he's clean?

Pac has changed his mind more than a woman in the Gucci store.

Having sex with a 12yo girl is legal.

I stated a fact. Not a half true fact.

You asked a question then got a simple...serious answer now you want to ask about why the commission doesnt demand it...

So typical around hear. The commission isnt looking out the fighters well being first and foremost. If they were then the weigh-in procedures and weight draining that fighters are allowed to subject themselves to wouldnt be a part of the sport as it is.

So there you have another simple...serious answer for another one of your questions...

    Whats next?

EPO is on the banned substance list by NSAC. They may not have tested for it in the past but I would think that they could always include it if they want or if asked.

...and did Pac's team requested for only certain type of test to be done on the 3 blood and unlimited urine sample he agreed to to provide?

Being banned and being tested for are different things.

Pac's team requested that the NSAC to do the test. And that they will take a blood test if the NSAC wants.
