I don't see how anyone can put this on anybody but Pacquiao. It is as clear as day as when the blood test thing got found from the 24/7. Top Rank's stance was 30 days out, then that video surfaced, then they changed to that of 24 days on some tee-hee, we got publicly caught so lets try to save face. Top Rank was never going to sign this fight. It has not, does not, will not be a good look for them if they take this fight. Floyd is winning this. Arum doesn't want the cash cow to end. Floyd only had one stipulation, while Manny had several. Floyd was willing to comply with all of them, while Manny/Bob Arum wasn't.

:lol:OK.......there was no evidence.:patsch This is boxing...your job is to fight....You let the commission, the governing body over your sport to ensure that the compeitors are not cheating or stepping outside the rules in place from those bodies.

A fighters job isn't to make up their rules and come up with their own demands. Their job is to prepare themselves for battle and to leave the rules and regulations up to the commission.

Negotiations are a part of this sport.....ring size, glove size, weight, Venue, purse ect......but Olympic style testing demands are not the norm. PAC like DLH and Like Floyd were in the driver seat at some point...where they could make the majoitory of the demands but not UNPRECEDENTED ones like Floyd. Floyd has NEVER before asked for these kinds of demands and belivee me ...Floyd has made plenty of demands by being in the dirver seat.

    You are a fool.

A boxer is an independent contractor. It is a boxer's job to look out for his own best interests. That is why he assembles a team. If a boxer feels that the commission's rules do not properly address his concerns he is well within his rights to stipulate new terms.

To further illustrate you don't know what the heck you are talking about you do know that the commissions lay guidelines for contracts too. Would you say that a boxer should just leave his purse up to the commission? No. You wouldn't.

*******s are up against the wall. Manny is a cheat.
