99% of elite boxers use a form or other of PED, the fee collecting agencies know it & the big $ business of masking the PEDs comes from inside the testing industry (although it costs less than 1% for what boxers pay).

The Weak promoters & managers let a few agencies dictate this absurdity upon them, contracts should be clear & demand no drug tests, until PED testing reform into a health service for the public, not a blackmailing tool
