I could bash Cintron but personally I like him as well as Clottey. I try as much as possible not to downplay a fighters accomplishments and there abilities..

and by the way Clottey gave Margo hell for the first half of the fight

 

One big win and that's all there is to it, you can take the other wins as you want they are NOT big wins and Cotto is the ONLY P4P fighter in his record.

Also you're the only one twisting topics here when we're CLEARLY discussing Margarito when he called out Mayweather back in the day, and back in the day he had ZERO big wins on his records and not a single accomplishment worth bragging about except for bull**** media hype which Floyd didn't buy and for obvious reasons.

 

There's a major difference between him and Margarito, if this is Margarito's very first cleaning out to a division and still holds a loss to a fighter in his division then Mayweather already cleaned out two divisions before and is considered one of the greatest ever in those lower divisions he started in. There's a HUGE difference there and denying them is stupidity.

 

And the haters forget the situations surrounding all fighters to temporarily nuthug to feed their hate.

Nice resume but he was bashing Margarito's resume and I was saying he beat dangerous opponents at welterweight.

 

It's not his problem no one really dangerous and worth fighting was available and it's also not his problem Baldomir was the #1 fighter.

Well I brought up his previous wins and you are talking about when Margarito only big win was Cintron way back when. I am talking about now since we can't change the future. Still their is time for Floyd to come back and clean out the division.

 

No, he doesn't need to clean out the division, it's not like there is a LIST to fighters to "clean" out. There are two fighters worth mentioning right now and those are Margarito and Williams who both need to fight each other in reality which would result in only ONE name in the end.

Cintron isn't a big win nor was he #1 in the division or even a P4P fighter. It's a good win, not a big one.

 

Well their was 8 million dollars on the table and Floyd is all about money and turned it down. He could have fought Margarito instead of Judah since he was coming off a lose way back when.

 

Can you stick to the welterweight division please? Stop talking about what Floyd did at other weight classes.
