Also, notice how fighters all of a sudden ask for him now?, that's because being a no-namer doesn't get you fights and media hype doesn't do much to secure them either. We're going in circles man, you don't seem to be getting it. I'll explain it one more time. After Williams beat Margo, Margo tried to get insituted as Williams' mando. Team Williams wasn't interested in the rematch because they wanted to unify. A fight was offered to Cintron and he accepted. After Cintron got hurt, Margo was one several fighters that were offered a chance to replace Kermit. Team Margo turned it down, and Quintana was chosen instead.

 

Team May cannot make an offer. A promoter has to make the offer, right? He is the one with the money. How can someone make an "offer" to someone who are both being promoted by the same promoter, with the promoter being involved?

That doesnt make sense to me. Thats like calling someone out and saying " Hey we called him out, but he didnt want to fight".. Offers FROM Promoters usually make it legit..IMO.

He will fight Williams down the road. Santos as well if he cleans out the division. He is not running away from challenges and fighting Clottey in his next fight proves that.
