He should have fought Margarito the first time since it was a close fight and Williams got hurt several occasions. I think its bull**** when a guy fights you and its a close fight and Williams didnt even give him a immediate rematch after.

I see what you're saying. Let me clarify myself. When I say he made an offer, I mean that team Mayweather proposed Margo as Judah's replacement. Arum shot it down because he didn't want to take Margo off the Gomez card.
