Who cares about welterweight ? His goal was to be the P4P king, not the welterweight king.

You didn't go back onto that number about us fans never being satisfied? He beat the undisputed 147 champion (Journeyman Baldomir) and then the Linear champion (Zab Judah who loses everytime he steps up in class). Forget winning titles, that only becomes significant if the title holders he beat were A level fighters, and the only A level fighters Mayweather beat were below 147.

I'll say it again, The welterweight version of Floyd Mayweather is a farce.

I think if Mayweather fought Cotto, I would have a lot of respect for Mayweather. If Mayweather just stepped in the ring with Margarito, win or lose, I would think Mayweather bigger of a man. But, I think the risk is too great for Mayweather than reward in fighting Margarito or Cotto. Mayweather will run from Margarito, inside and outside the ring.

    That's my point.

He didn't deserve to be P4P king once he started cherry picking at 147lb, fighting all of the weakest fighters in the division. At that point, we all should have banged our heads together and realised that people like Manny Pacquiao and Bernard Hopkins were fighting and beating better opposition.

Is this all about that Novemvber 2006 when he decided to fight Baldomir who was at the time widely recognized name than Margarito ? Because after that you can say nothing about cherry picking.

Faded Barrera, Morales, and prime Marquez were all better fighters than Judah, Baldomir, and Mitchell.

You're talking about topics that aren't relevant again. Instead of being adimant on defending Floyd and proving me wrong, just read what I put this time, okay.

Forget titles, and forget about who were bigger names.

Now...were the best fighters at 147 named Mitchell, Baldomir, and Judah?

Faded Morales and Barrera are on the same level as those 3 welters.

Prime Marquez is few levels above but it is highly disputed who won those two bouts. I had Marquez winning both.
