Well Floyd pretty much ducked everybody when he retired,the division was too tough

 

According to you he is ducking him, he knows how to beat Williams. He was the one almost KTFO in the later rounds. He will lose in the rematch then you might ***** about some fake ass injury like the Clottey fans. Trust me, after he fights Clottey then Mosley he will fight Williams. :deal

Never said Adrian was better than Floyd or that he accomplished more but to make these type of comparisons,why don't you compare Floyd to Gatti,he is my fav fighter?This is trolling.But the risks part is wrong partially

 

Thunder, let's use some common sense here. Mayweather was looking for a big ppv fight. He went after Gatti because that was his chance to get a big ppv fight. Do you really think that he would've still fought Gatti had Mosley expressed interest in answering Floyd's challenge? After the fight with Bruseles, Floyd called out Shane and Hoya. Roy later commented that Shane and Hoya shouldn't fight Floyd because of the risk/reward factor.

 

He was pretty much hypeing himself up,the big ppv fight with Gatti was gona happen cuz he was no 1 contender and Arturo ain't chicken to duck him.Roy was right,at the time what was the reward for beating him?

Why Are We Still Talking About Floyd When He Is Retired...

 

You know that depends on a lot of stuff,for instance if he knew he is gonna retire at 30,which is BS,offcourse he said no.But then again Arum mad him from long back,to turn your back on the gyt like that...:-(

 

Sorry to tell you this, but Gatti tried his best to get out of that fight. Mayweather became Gatti's mando after beating Corley. Gatti got an extension which is why Floyd fought Bruseles. Even after Floyd beat Bruseles, Gatti orginally called off the fight because of Floyd's legal issues. The fight only came off after Floyd pleaded no contest to some bogus charges. Regardless, Floyd would've gladly given up his no.1 slot to have fought Shane for a belt at 147. And while we're talking about reward, Shane got a taste of his own medicine. Floyd ignored Shane after the Hoya fight and fought Hatton for more money. It works both ways.

 

Just cuz they said that in the countdown that doesn't mean it was true,they knew better,it was hype.
