    Your theory would be great if true. Do you expect Pacquiao to accept WADA style testing, then? Meaning, no bending of their rules with cutoff dates.

    Roach didn't want the fight to happen in March. He needed time to come up with a blueprint. He still doesn't have one, but he took the bait Mayweather gave him when he fought flatter than usual. This has given Roach confidence to finally accept the fight.

    The only man holding it up now is Pacquiao, the ball is in his court.
