Yes one fighter was suspended, the INNOCENT one. The suspension was issued BEFORE any tests were made on those wraps. The suspension was placed SOLELY on SUSPICION!! They couldnt come out & accuse him of cheating they had no proof. The State commissions do what ever they want.
As for Mayweather being "cleared " ROFLMAO that was classic. Three of NSAC's own rules breached & all they do is issue this garbage " Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong we will not be investigating" ROFLMAO.
