Ofcourse they can. Floyd loves to get into hes opponents head. Like he did with hatton. Hatton almost lost it prefight.

I could see mayweather had a 'yea I know this is dumb but we have to' demeanor. At least they didnt bump chests and touch faces like they were soulmates. that **** happens all the time and makes me rofl

I just saw it. Marquez didn't look down, he faced off and was saying something. I think he was a bit shocked that Mayweather grabbed him. ****en Mayweather, I'd like to see him try these pre-fight antics on a fighter with the temperament of a Barrera or a Vargas.

A fighter of the caliber of JMM or even Pacquiao shouldnt be affected by Mayweathers mind games to the point of not following the gameplan come fight night. i think Marquez had more of a look that said:

"Oh OK trash talking yeah i did hear thats his thing but whatever. Ill play along."

 

I wonder what Marquez was saying. He was doing most of the talking.
