exactly like when Manny was to face Hatton in the evening, why didn't Floyd wait just some hours for the fight to get over with as Pacquiao and Roach wanted him to? Why announce he was fighting Marquez instead? :rofl

Mosely has actually admitted to taking steroids, which is ironic that's who Floyd chose to fight fearing Pac was on steroids...

They are considered a second world country.

"The Human Development Index (HDI) is an index combining normalized measures of life expectancy, literacy, educational attainment, and GDP per capita for countries worldwide."

Cuba does have poverty, but it doesn't compare to poverty as seen in parts of Africa, Southeast Asia, or Oceania. Cuba's HDI isn't low, in fact, it's high. Cuba actually has the second highest adult literacy rate in the world at 99.8%! Compare that to the U.S. at #19 with 93.3%.

"The HDI for Cuba is 0.838, which gives the country a rank of 51st out of 177 countries with data."

The term Third World was originally coined in times of the Cold War to distinguish those nations that are neither aligned with the West (NATO) nor with the East, the Communist bloc. Today the term is often used to describe the developing countries of Africa, Asia, Latin America and Oceania.

When the biggest cable network HBO and some of the biggest names in the sport say you were negotiating and the entire sports world is calling you a big *****, I think a statement can be made....
