Mayweather has done well with Davis. Has shown him some tough love in the past but has been part of the maturation of Davis as a fighter. I ask you guys to watch his fights from a year ago and compare them to now. When was Davis ever this patient before? Spoiler alert, NEVER! Floyd definitely has some Puff Daddy syndrome in him and wants to be in every video, but I do agree he takes the pressure off of him. Davis isn't fully comfortable commanding the microphone yet so Floyd handles most of that. Also, could you imagine how boring of a press conference it would have been between Davis and Walsh if Floyd wasn't there? My goodness, the fight would have had ZERO buzz.
