I don't remember Pacquiao being vocal about Mayweather at all. If anything, Arum seems to bark the most about "100% signing a fight with Mayweather" as soon as he signs Pacquiao to fight someone within his stable.

Pac can't speak for himself, Floyd never asked for a test in his life up until Manny wrecked Oscar and nearly killed Hatton, Floyd won't do business with Arum, Floyd always takes a year off for some stupid reason, Manny for some daft reason is content with facing JMM for a 4th time, Floyd calls himself 'Money' yet could earn double to triple for one fight than he could if he had 3 fight if he took the fight, and Arum looks like he has Manny on a 30 year contract.

This fight wasn't happening after 2010. As much as you'd like to think it was, it wasn't.
