They don't listen. Floyd does what he needs to do, no more, no less. He will go back to the well and force you to stop what he is doing.
No one, now. When I said he is overrated, I meant as an ATG. People who place him on a pedestal as such a great fighter on all-time level are mistaken. He is not a top 10 or 20 p4p all time kind of fighter as many would like to think he is or will be.
He used another dirty tactic in the Corrales fight, when throwing a lead left hook he would almost simultaneously use his right hand to push Corrales away to avoid a counter.
He certainly wouldn't be in my top 20 but being the best boxer (by far) of your generation virtually guarantees ATG status nowadays.
I don't understand the point you're trying to make. It's up to the ref to enforce any rule violations. Whatever he was doing in the Corrales fight, it was working to perfection. Not only that but he wasn't even so much as warned for any infractions. So I don't understand the criticism.
Sharmba Mitchell. However, you don't have to stop guys with body shots in order to be a good body puncher.
But part of the reason he has been such a good boxer is because of his dirty sometimes illegal tactics, which was my point. The use of the elbow which is illegal has helped him win fights which in turn makes him look like a good fighter. The more fights he wins (with the use of the elbow and other tactics) the "greater"" he becomes. This is my opinion if you or anyone else does not agree that's quite all right.
