Ok, that's fine. Now please explain why, in your opinion, most of the greatest fighters in boxing history are NOT actually African-American?

Most of the greatest fighters in history are black Americans. That is the archetype of the "great" fighter. The fact that Mayweather looks the part, is one of the reasons why we find it easy to believe that he is a great. If a fighter isn't African-American (or to a lesser degree, Mexican) then he has to work twice as hard to convince boxing fans of his greatness. There are MANY examples of European fighters who didn't fit the black American archetype, and thus struggled to get the recognition they deserved.

Mayweather is a better PURE boxer.

Manny iz da TOTAL PACKAGE, a PURE warrior with excellent, excellent skill.

Floyd Jr. iz a solid defensive minded, offensively gifted soldier, not a warrior.
